Ray's Hell-Burger in Arlington -- and Hell-Burger Too next door -- both closed down in January due to a dispute with the landlord. It was thought that the closure would just be temporary. Now, it appears as if the properties are up for rent. The Washingtonian is reporting that there are "For Rent" signs up in the windows of the locations and that the eateries appear to be mostly empty. Owner Michael Landrum did not comment to the magazine, but the company responsible for the property confirmed that the spaces are available. The location on Wilson Boulevard is the original outpost of the popular burger joint. Fans can still go to Ray's to the Third to get their fix.
