Michael Grimm believes he’s a lucky guy. The New York congressman who was indicted on 20 counts — including tax fraud and perjury for allegedly hiding more than $1 million in revenue from his health-food restaurant — told Geraldo Rivera on his WABC radio show Tuesday that he’s been sustained by the goodness of his constituents in Staten Island and Brooklyn. Grimm told Rivera, “I’m holding up well. I wouldn’t wish it on my enemies.” Grimm, who has pleaded not guilty and vows to fight the charges added, “In all sincerity … I really am one of the luckiest members of Congress."
