Rep. Billy Long, R-Mo., took to Twitter on Sunday to out a thief. "If you stole Dad's birdbath his Dad had made 82 years ago when they built the house -- you forgot the base," the Congressman offered. "Come back & I'll help you load it," he cheekily added. Long pens his own tweets, he told the Hill Newspaper last March, and uses the handle @AUCTNR1. "My personalized license plate for 30 years was AUCTNR," he told the Hill. "I tried for @auctnr but at the time it was taken, so I added the '1.' "
