The Associated Press announced moments ago that a Republican official has revealed that Mitt Romney has chosen Rep. Paul Ryan as his Vice Presidential running mate. NBC’s Chuck Todd also reported this evening that three sources had told NBC News that Romney had chosen Paul Ryan.

The National Review’s Robert Costa noted that a charter plane flew from Boston to Ryan’s hometown of Janesville, Wis., yesterday.

Obviously the news in not official until a member of the Romney campaign goes on the record with the news, or the Mitt VP app goes off.

So I’m not trying to audition or say this position or that position. I think we’ve done a lot right now where we are, and I want to see this thing through.
