WASHINGTON (AP) — Jury selection is beginning in the case of a D.C. nightclub owner being retried on a drug conspiracy charge after the U.S. Supreme Court reversed his conviction. The high court said police improperly attached a GPS tracking device to his car.

More than 100 potential jurors were brought into a federal courtroom in Washington on Tuesday to fill out questionnaires about themselves.

Prosecutors say Antoine Jones was linked to a house where authorities found nearly $1 million in cash and nearly 100 kilograms of cocaine. The U.S. Supreme Court threw out his conviction and life sentence, ruling that Jones' rights had been violated when authorities put a tracking device on his vehicle without a warrant.

The trial is expected to last six to seven weeks. Jones is representing himself.
