RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Votes Tuesday by which the Senate rejected two floor amendments to a bill that would have directed funding for transportation in Virginia. The first floor amendment by Sen. Stephen D. Newman failed on a vote of 18-22. The second by Sen. Frank Wagner failed on a vote of 7-28 with five senators not voting.

Senators are grouped according to their vote by party with their hometowns.
