Romney ad: Why did Obama gut Clinton’s welfare reform?

Mitt Romney’s latest ad questions the president’s decision to end work requirements for Welfare, pointing out that the reform was “passed by a bi-partisan Congress” and signed by President Clinton.

“Under Obama’s plan, you wouldn’t have to work and wouldn’t have to train for a job. They just send you your welfare check,” the narrator reminds voters.
