During the debate, Mitt Romney explained that he would cut government with a simple test.

“Is the program so critical is it is worth barring China to pay for it?” Romney explained.

Romney mentioned that he would repeal Obamacare, and added PBS to his list.

“I will stop the subsidy to PBS,” he said. “I like PBS. I like Big Bird. I like you too, but we cannot keep spending money to borrow from China to pay for it.”
