The S&PCase-Shiller 20-city composite home price index rose 1.1% in June from May, but is down 4.5% over the past year. Prices during the April to June quarter rose 3.6% from the January to March quarter.Nineteen out of 20 cities saw month advances. However, home prices are still 32% below their peaks.U.S. home price rose 0.6% between Q1 and Q2 but fell 5.9% year-over-year, according to data from the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
