A second man who authorities say was involved in a shooting at a Sterling home has been apprehended in Prince George's County.

Twenty-year-old Marquis R. Vasciannie, of Sterling, was arrested late Monday and is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Sunday afternoon, police went to a home in the 20 block of Gannon Way and found a 22-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to a hospital and remained there Tuesday.

Early Monday morning, police took 19-year-old Victor D. Lassiter into custody. He is charged with robbery, use of a firearm during the commission of a felony and malicious wounding, sheriff's office officials said.

Detectives have determined that the victim knew Vasciannie and Lassiter and that he was targeted by the pair.
