Sen. Marco Rubio: Why is it so hard for Obama to ‘just say no’ to killing American citizens with drones?

As Sen. Rand Paul continued his filibuster speech in protest of the presidential authority to strike American citizens with drones, Sen. Marco Rubio tweeted a message of support.

Why is it so hard for POTUS to just say NO?” asked Rubio on Twitter. “It is not constitutional to kill a citizen who is not an imminent threat with a drone on US soil.”
