The Senate Intelligence Committee voted to make public a summary of their critical report on the CIA's interrogation tactics used on terror suspects following the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. The panel voted 11-3 to send the report's 450-page summary and 20 conclusions and findings to the White House for declassification. The White House must now decide when — and what — to declassify....
