The sentencing of a Herndon man who shot a security guard at the Family Research Council in D.C. has been delayed until July, court records show. Floyd Lee Corkins II was scheduled to be sentenced Monday. However, a judge agreed to postpone the sentencing after defense lawyers requested more time to obtain and review Corkins' mental health records. Corkins will be sentenced July 15 in D.C....
