Shamrock Shake has fan in Congress

In the spring, a congressman's fancy lightly turns to thoughts of Shamrock Shakes, as Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., demonstrated in a tweet Monday. Issa said he grabbed a quick lunch of a McDouble and fries, and wrote "maybe next time" regarding the perennially popular St. Patrick's Day-themed shake. When asked if he's a fan, Issa's office confirmed he would "lean yes."
