Show at SLU focuses on Buddy Holly

HAMMOND, La. (AP) — The Jefferson Performing Arts Society will present "The Buddy Holly Story" March 7 at Southeastern Louisiana University's Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts.

The performance begins at 7:30 p.m.

The show focuses on the rock 'n roll entertainer, who died in a plane crash in 1959.

Tickets are priced at $32-$40 and are available at the box office on Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. or by phone at 985-543-4371.
