Justice Ginsburg dines out

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was out on the town Tuesday night, dining at the Penn Quarter location of Rasika. While the newer Rasika, located in the West End, has gotten more attention lately and attracted a lot of big names, historically the Penn Quarter Rasika has brought in the likes of first lady Michelle Obama, Ginsburg's colleague Justice Samuel Alito and Hollywood types including Woody Harrelson and Russell Simmons.
