After Tuesday night's "House of Cards" premiere at the Newseum, actor Kevin Spacey dipped into Old Ebbitt Grill to join a small group who was dining there, a restaurant rep says. He didn't eat or drink anything while at the downtown eatery and refused a Macallan scotch that was sent his way by another patron. He was there about 1:30 a.m. Spacey was joined by cast members Robin Wright, Kate Mara, Sakina Jaffrey and Kristen Connolly at the Netflix show's premiere, which also attracted Washington journalists, including CBS's Bob Schieffer, Fox's Chris Wallace, ABC's Martha Raddatz, NBC's Luke Russert and also former body man to the president, Reggie Love.
