Sightings: Powerful ladies who lunch

Queen Noor of Jordan and Madeleine Albright were spotted eating a leisurely lunch from 12:30 to about 2 p.m. on Friday at Bibiana. The former secretary of state lives in town and Jordan's queen dowager

also has a home in the area. Albright memorably mentioned the queen in her 2003 autobiography "Madam Secretary," mentioning that a private dinner with her and Hillary Clinton prompted reflection on the

difficulties of marriage for powerful women.
