Actor and singer Norm Lewis, who "Scandal" fans will recognize as Olivia Pope's ex-boyfriend Sen. Edison Davis, was singing up a storm Sunday night at a private dinner at the Jefferson Hotel in support of the Washington National Opera. Washingtonian Magazine's Carol Joynt wrote about the party on her personal blog, noting that Lewis sang tunes from "Phantom of the Opera" between courses. The party was hosted by Jefferson Hotel owner Connie Milstein, the chair of this year's Opera Ball. The Jefferson, as you may recall, is where President Obama dined last week with a dozen Republican senators.
