Mindy Meyer, a 22-year-old law student and Orthodox Jew from Flatbush, has put a dash of spice into New York's 21st District race for state Senate with a most unorthodox campaign site.

The pink sparkling site plays "I'm Sexy and I Know It" and reveals Meyer's stance on the issues ("I can tell you one thing, I have no experience in corruption").

Campaign manager Avrahom Rosenberg explained to Yeas & Nays that the site's design came about "because of the fact that she's 22" and because Meyer "wanted to grab more attention."

"She thought it would give people something to talk about," explained Rosenberg, who himself ran (unsuccessfully) for office at a young age. Though Meyer's standing in the race is unknown ("we have not done any polls, so we don't know right now"), the website has certainly captured the interest of the Internet.

As for the site's clubby, Jersey Shore-esque vibe, is Meyer concerned about coming off as an unserious candidate? "I personally am," Rosenberg said, "but she seems not to be."
