The ongoing challenges facing the Obama administration's health insurance website and the lingering impact from the leak of top-secret documents this year by former National Security Agency analyst Edward Snowden will dominate the network talk show circuit on the final Sunday of 2013. A federal judge ruled Friday that the NSA's collection of millions of Americans' telephone and Internet records is lawful and "represents the government's counter-punch" to end al-Qaeda's terror network. The decision was a victory for the government after a District Court judge ruled earlier this month that the NSA program was likely unconstitutional. The surveillance program came under fire this year after Snowden leaked details of the secret programs that critics said violated privacy rights.
