Spain Fines Google Over Privacy Breaches

Spain has finally fined Google for breaching its country’s data privacy laws. It’s not a huge amount, $1.2 million (or €900,000), but of course that comes with a warning not to do it again. And given that Google hasn’t as yet actually changed it’s Spanish privacy policies to reflect this new ruling we might almost say that it is already in technical breach of that ruling .
