"I am proud of my mom for many, many reasons, but one of the reasons I'm chiefly proud of her is the legacy she'll leave as secretary of state. That women's voices won't only be a vital part of how America is seen around the world, but a central part of how we engage with the world, understand the world, and try to build a better world for — if she were here she would say, the grandchildren she hopes to have."

Chelsea Clinton making fun of her mother's insistence of someday soon being a grandmother. The younger Clinton took the place of her mom at this year's Vital Voices gala, which took place last week in Washington at the Kennedy Center.
