-- What Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., tweeted upon seeing Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia's puffy black hat at Monday's presidential inauguration. McCaskill also reminded her followers that inauguration day four years ago marked the day she began tweeting. "One of my first tweets was a comment on Scalia's weird hat," she reminisced.
