"Have you ever tried to get cow bleep out of a purse? It's not so bleeping simple."

-- A self-censoring Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, quoting Nicole Richie, to make a point about the Citizens United decision at last week's Federalist Society annual dinner. The Legal Times blog reported that Alito used the example to point out that nobody questioned the First Amendment rights of the corporation that broadcast Richie's swear-word-plagued outburst, which became a central part of the case Fox v. Federal Communications Commission.
