-- White House chef Sam Kass speaking, in plain clothes, to a group at Wednesday's Washington Ideas Forum. Kass had his other hat on, that of senior policy adviser for healthy food initiatives, and discussed with chef Jose Andres and the Atlantic's Corby Kummer the progress he and first lady Michelle Obama have made in getting healthier food on the tables of many Americans, including school children.
