Urbana Restaurant and Wine Bar (2121 P St. NW) is putting a fresh and local spin on after-work drinking with its oyster and beer happy hour series. The western Mediterranean restaurant located in Dupont Circle is proudly known as one of D.C.'s "Hottest Restaurant Bar Scenes." Chef John Critchley and his culinary team will be shucking Chesapeake Bay oysters for just 50 cents apiece the first Friday of each month, while Port City Brewing Co. will be pouring signature brews for just $4 per pint.
