Water heater plant in Johnson City again operating

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (AP) — A water heater plant in Johnson City is up and running after flash flooding got into the building.

According to the Johnson City Press (http://bit.ly/R4injA ), the plant was only down for three days after the Aug. 5 rainstorms.
