A boy has been arrested for having a BB gun at a Northeast D.C. school, police said.
The student was found to have had the weapon in a bathroom at Noyes Education Campus in the 2700 block of 10th Street NE. He was arrested Thursday morning on a charge of possession of a BB gun, according to D.C. police.
No shots were fired and no one reported being injured, police said. The school was on lockdown for about 15 minutes while police investigated.
