Tunnel of Dumb

San Francisco police are investigating one of their own after a sergeant posted a video online purportedly of him driving drunk through a tunnel at 100 mph.

The video was posted on the Facebook page of Sgt. Carl T, who legally changed his last name from Tennenbaum three years ago rather than get a new nameplate displaying his full name.

The video, shot by the driver, shows a Lamborghini speeding through the tunnel. The speed limit there is 35 mph.

In the video, the driver claims that he and his friends "were all drunk."

The sergeant has denied being the person in the video.

Fix the fricking faucet!

A California couple was arrested after allegedly luring a handyman to their Santa Clara County mansion and forcing him to make home repairs.

The couple beat the handyman, threatened to kill him and forced him to fix several items over six hours, including a dishwasher and a door, police said.

The suspects, Jason DeJesus, 36, and Chanelle Troedson, 33, then forced the handyman into his truck to perform repairs at another house.

The handyman escaped when the suspects stopped for gas and snacks.

No child left behind

If you're going to run from a fender-bender, don't leave your kids in the backseat.

Salt Lake City police said a man rear-ended another vehicle, got out of his car and ran, leaving his children, ages 9 and 2, behind, according to The Salt Lake Tribune.

Police contacted the driver on his cellphone and convinced him to return to the scene.
