In plain sight
A man and a woman were caught having sex on a table on the patio of a Florida restaurant, where they could be seen by young children.
According to an Orlando police report, restaurant manager Tom Murphy said that when he told the couple to stop, Jeremie Calo said of his partner, "She can't get up at this time."
Murphy told Calo to pay his tab, and the customer signed the check "NO."
Calo was arrested and charged with refusing to pay his $101 tab, but the parents of the children who observed the sex declined to provide written statements to police.
Cursing the cops
A Florida man not only reportedly sped through an accident scene while police were watching, but he also gave officers the finger.
The Gainesville Sun reported that James Wright, 67, flipped the bird at five officers during a trip through a crash scene. He sped toward one officer during the incident but then swerved away.
When an officer pulled Wright over nearby and ordered him to open his door, he locked it, crossed his arms and looked at the officer for 20 seconds before he gave in.
Wright was charged with aggravated assault, resisting without violence, reckless driving and failure to obey police, the Sun reported.
