MINEOLA, N.Y. (AP) — A Long Island man has been convicted in a shooting that happened on a Uniondale street.
Jonathan Mack was found guilty of murder and other charges by a Nassau County judge Tuesday following a 10-day trial.
Prosecutors say Mack was arguing with a woman one morning in June 2013 when another man approached the couple.
Mack pulled out a handgun and fired three shots, killing 34-year-old Issac Andrews of Uniondale.
Mack faces up to 25 years to life in prison when he is sentenced Oct. 8.
