NEW YORK (AP) — Authorities are looking for an armed suspect in connection with a series of bank robberies in New York City.

The alleged thief was last caught on video robbing the Astoria Federal Savings Bank in Queens on May 16.

The FBI says the suspect is about 45 to 50 years old and wears a tan "Gatsby" type hat.

The agency says he's also a suspect in two other robberies.

Law enforcement officials say the Santander Bank in Queens was held up on May 7. The Investors Bank, also in Queens, was robbed on May 12.

It wasn't immediately known how much money was stolen.
