For $8 to $9 a month, customers get unlimited streaming and up to four DVD rentals from the firm's 42,000 kiosks. So far, the company has signed up 10,000 users for its public test and hopes to win over 35 million customers overall. Netflix had 27.5 million U.S. streaming and mail-order DVD subscribers as of Sept. 30.
