Will it be a white Christmas in D.C.? AccuWeather studied data from 1981 to 2010 and determined that there is a 75 percent chance that there will be snow on the ground in New England, the upper Midwest and the Rockies. So anyone dead set on a snowy Christmas should probably go to Minneapolis, Minn., Buffalo, N.Y., or Burlington, Vt. Chicago only has a 40 percent chance of a white Christmas....
