OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Online brokerage TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. will release its fiscal third-quarter earnings report Tuesday morning.
The Omaha, Nebraska-based company relies on trading commissions, asset-based revenue from assets it holds for clients and fees for advice.
Brisk stock trading in the first three months of 2014 boosted TD Ameritrade's revenue.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect TD Ameritrade to report earnings per share of 34 cents on $758 million revenue in its fiscal third quarter.
Last year, TD Ameritrade reported $184 million net income, or 33 cents per share, on $725 million revenue.
