Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, began a "talking filibuster" on the Senate floor Tuesday, vowing to highlight the problems with Obamacare. "Madam president, I intend to speak in opposition to Obamacare," Cruz said as he took the floor. "I intend to speak out in defense of defunding Obamacare until I am no longer able to stand."
