Teen assaulted at Fairfax County library
Fairfax County police are looking for a man who assaulted a teenager in a library bathroom.

A 17-year-old girl told police she was being followed by a man at Thomas Jefferson Library, located at 7415 Arlington Blvd. in Falls Church, on Tuesday.

The teen ducked into a bathroom on her way out of the library in an effort to dodge the man, but he followed her inside, fondled her and pushed her before he fled the library, authorities said.

Library staff who called police said the man had been seen in the library before but that they were unaware of any other incidents.

Va. man guilty of 12th DUI
A Virginia man who pleaded guilty to drunken driving for the 12th time received the maximum penalty, and there might be more DUI convictions to come.

Spotsylvania resident David Marion Apraham, 44, was sentenced to seven years in prison in Spotsylvania Circuit Court on Tuesday, according to the Associated Press.

Apraham had multiple DUI convictions in Virginia, Alabama and Mississippi before pleading guilty in August to drunken driving, driving on a suspended license and refusing to take a breath test.

More DUI charges against Apraham are pending in North Carolina and Washington state.
