The Dodd-Frank revolving door

Big banks are getting bigger, and there is wide agreement that they will still be bailed out if they fail. Meanwhile, the rest of the economy struggles.

I have no confidence that the 2010 Dodd-Frank financial regulation bill will fix any of this, and in the "rant" above, which aired on MSNBC's Dylan Ratigan Show yesterday, I explain why.

Being a regular on MSNBC, most of the reactions I receive from TV hits are not exactly fan mail. But yesterday, I got a handful of nice tweets from liberal viewers who also follow me on Twitter. Because Beltway Confidential's readership is of a different ideological bent than MSNBC's viewership, I'm eager for your reactions, too. Please add them in the comments below.
