A Woodbridge man is behind bars after he got into a fight with his 15-year-old brother, stole a pizza man's car then crashed the vehicle into an 18-wheeler, police said.

The incident started about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Ladue Court in Woodbridge.

According to Prince William County police, 21-year-old James Cetto got into an argument with his brother inside an apartment, that escalated into a physical fight. The fight moved into the mail lobby of the apartment building, causing about $350 in damage, police said.

Following the fight, Cetto left the lobby and got into a pizza delivery driver's car which was left unattended and running while the pizza man was making a delivery, police said.

Cetto sped off into the street where he drove into the back of a parked and unoccupied tractor trailer.

After the crash, Cetto fled on foot and returned to his apartment where officers arrested him, police said. Cetto sustained minor injuries.

Cetto was charged with hit and run, grand larceny of a vehicle, domestic assault and battery, destruction of property, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, and unreasonable refusal of a breath test.
