Although Virginia's not very far away, newly minted Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., decided to get a place on Capitol Hill. He told Yeas & Nays all about it at Saturday night's OurTime.org party. "Yeah, it is the smallest apartment in Washington," Kaine laughed. "But it is also the closest apartment to the senate office building that I could find, so it's like all of a block and a half," he said, walking the red carpet with Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley. "I call it the Taj Mahal," Kaine's wife, Anne Holton, interjected. "Because it's so tiny," Kaine explained.
