Cafe Milano was treated to a crowd Sunday as Tina Brown, the Daily Beast and Credit Suisse hosted an inaugural brunch at the Georgetown hotspot.

"It was just absolutely time that the sharks and the jet had a party," Brown told Yeas & Nays, making her way through the packed restaurant.

Was it bipartisan? Not really. Unless you count Grover Norquist, Colin Powell and having Chris Wallace from Fox News Channel there. But it was indeed bicoastal. Film mogul Harvey Weinstein scoured the room trying to locate the tres petite Eva Longoria. Rosario Dawson chatted excitedly about her mom accompanying her to the many inaugural affairs. Kerry Washington was stalked by a many a "Scandal" fan. "Glee's" Darren Criss, Gayle King and Star Jones hung out alongside political animals like David Axelrod, Valerie Jarrett, Terry McAuliffe and many others.

Journalists also attended the event, including Andrea Mitchell, Piers Morgan and Bob Schieffer, who showed up after concluding his Sunday show. Many in the crowd also attended a Sunday lunch reception hosted by ABC News on the rooftop of the Hay-Adams.

ABC talent such as Diane Sawyer, Martha Raddatz, Cokie Roberts and George Stephanopoulos held court there early in the party, while later on, Obama supporters came, including Bill Burton of Priorities USA Action, the Obama super-PAC, and White House Press Secretary Jay Carney.
