Rockne Newell reportedly opened fire on a town hall meeting in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania, leaving three people dead and a fourth in critical condition. Reporter Chris Reber was inside the meeting at the time, describing plaster flying and more than ten shots fired. Newell was reportedly in a years-long feud with local leaders over the shoddy condition of his property. Witnesses credit Bernie Kozen with saving lives when he forced Newell to the ground when Newell went outside to get a second gun.
