The teaser trailer for "Zero Dark Thirty" has been released, the movie produced by Oscar winning director Katherine Bigelow about the hunt for and killing of Osama bin Laden.

Bigelow reportedly was offered exclusive access by the Obama administration to information pertaining the death of bin Laden, a revelation that provoked controversy.

According to Judicial Watch, producers of the film were given CIA access to records surrounding the operation and were offered a meeting with the mission planner of SEAL Team Six and other top military sources.

The film's date was changed to December 14, after critics complained that a November release date would help President Obama get re-elected.

The teaser trailer does not feature President Obama, focusing instead on the hunt for the noted terrorist’s location.
