Labor Secretary Hilda Solis this morning handed out Halloween candy to reporters gathered at the Labor Department to report her comments about the unemployment numbers.

“US Labor Secretary just bounced into studio with a big smile. Handed out candy to reporters,” reported Scott MacFarlane on Twitter. “Loves job numbers.”
