TUPELO, Miss. (AP) — Conventions coming to Tupelo this spring should bring hundreds of visitors to Tupelo, tourism officials say.

The Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal reports (http://bit.ly/VOmKPb ) the events include a meeting of Great Day Tours of Cleveland, Ohio, the Mississippi Thespian Association conference, Mississippi Lions Club state convention; and a meeting of the Mississippi Archeological Society.
