Twitter co-founder Biz Stone announced the first details of his new venture to create a social search engine. The mobile app Jelly is a search engine where users follow friends, then leveraging that social circle to discover information. In a description of Jelly featured on the startup's website, the company says using Jelly is a more fun way to search for topics or images. 2013 was a big year for Twitter's three founders, as the company made its debut on the New York Stock Exchange as a publicly-traded company.
