Two robbers flee after robbing MontCo bank

Detectives are looking for two men responsible for a bank robbery in Kensington.

At approximately 1:16 p.m. on March 31, two men armed with handguns entered the M&T Bank at 3720 Farragut Ave. The teller complied with their verbal requests for cash by giving them an undisclosed amount of money. There were no injuries, and the robbers were last seen on foot heading southbound toward Dupont Avenue.

Both robbers were described as black men around 6 feet tall. One was wearing a green and brown camouflage hat and jacket with blue pants. The second man wore a black hat, jacket and pants.

Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the case. Anonymous tips can also be provided by texting 274637 and including "MCPD" plus the tip in the message.
