A man found dead after a Falls Church house fire has been identified as 62-year-old Christopher Lewis, officials said.

Lewis lived in the house at 6606 Orland St. that was destroyed in a fire on Oct. 29. During the incident, there was an overwhelming volume of fire throughout the home, and the second floor collapsed inside the residence, according to the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department. After the fire was extinguished, investigators found Lewis' body.

The cause of the fire is undetermined, and Lewis' cause of death will be determined by a medical examiner.
