*Video* Alluding to his full bladder, Sen. Rand Paul ends his filibuster in the Senate

Sen. Rand Paul ended his filibuster early Thursday morning, after holding the floor and speaking for about 13 hours.

“I’ve discovered that there are some limits to filibustering and I’m going to have to go take care of one of those here in a few minutes,” Paul said smiling wryly alluding to a trip to the bathroom as he yielded the floor.

Paul’s decision was met with a standing ovation, which prompted the chair to remind those in the Senate that “expressions of approval or disapproval are not permitted.”
